These Terms of Service apply to your use of rangepostwestern.com and purchases from the Rangepost Western online store, operated by Rangepost Western LLC, 24144 SW 118th Ave, Homestead, FL 33032, United States. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Our store and business model
Rangepost Western is a U.S.-based online western retailer offering apparel, footwear, hats, accessories, tack, home goods, and related products. We stock or coordinate products from approved vendors. Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by approved suppliers through Shopify Collective or another disclosed fulfillment arrangement. Rangepost Western remains the customer-service contact for orders placed on this website.

Store use and customer information
You agree to use the store lawfully and to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery address before submitting payment and for keeping account credentials secure. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape protected content, interfere with store operation, or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Products, descriptions, and natural variation
We work to keep titles, descriptions, materials, sizing, photos, prices, and availability accurate. Product images may appear differently depending on lighting and display settings. Natural materials such as leather, cowhide, wood, and stone can vary in color, markings, or texture; those variations are not necessarily defects. Product-specific care, fit, safety, or use information shown on a product page forms part of these terms. Customers should ask us before purchase when a material, measurement, intended use, or compatibility detail is unclear.

Availability and supplier fulfillment
Inventory can change before an order is processed, including when stock is managed by a connected supplier. We do not substitute a materially different item without customer approval. If an item becomes unavailable, is incorrectly listed, or cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we may cancel the affected item or order and will contact the customer with available options. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders, pricing, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the order is accepted for processing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are displayed before payment. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly priced, unavailable, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately to request an address correction or cancellation. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is processed or shipped. If an order has shipped, the published return terms apply after delivery.

Shipping and delivery
Available shipping services, costs, handling times, and delivery estimates depend on the products, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. The final checkout summary controls for the order. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by suppliers, carriers, weather, remote destinations, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Return eligibility, authorization, return shipping, exclusions, refund timing, and cancellation terms are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers must contact Rangepost Western before sending back an item so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return address. We do not offer direct exchanges unless expressly stated; customers can return an eligible item and place a new order.

Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct, end, or refuse a promotion when it is expired, misused, technically incorrect, or inconsistent with its published terms.

Payment providers and third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, customer-support, shipping, and supplier services. Those providers may process information needed to complete transactions or operate the store. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Product use and safety
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with product instructions, warnings, sizing, age, animal-use, care, or safety information. Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for the intended user, animal, activity, or environment. Nothing on the store is professional veterinary, medical, legal, or safety advice.

Reviews and customer content
If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or other content, it must be truthful, lawful, and based on your genuine experience. You grant Rangepost Western permission to display and use that content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated, or infringes another person's rights.

Intellectual property
The Rangepost Western name, branding, store design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Rangepost Western LLC. Product names, photos, logos, and other materials may belong to the applicable brand, supplier, or licensor. Content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission from the rights holder.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as required by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rangepost Western LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store, carrier delays, supplier interruptions, or unavailable products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, suppliers, legal requirements, or store practices change. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Florida and the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer resides. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
